After you've activated your seat, In order to start sending emails, you must connect your mailbox. Please follow these steps to connect your mailbox;
Make sure to log out from your mailbox on your browser;
Log into your PersistIQ account. From the menu on the left, access Settings and Billing then, Mailbox, click connect to connect your mailbox;
Depending on your mail provider, follow the instructions to enter your email and password and you are all set!
