Sender Variables allow you to include pre-defined information for each sender in email templates.
Current sender variables Include;
- Your name
- Your title
- Your phone number
- Meeting URL (e.g, from a calendar scheduling app)
Here is how to set up your sender variables;
Go to Settings (click on your initials, then select "Settings and Billing")
2. Under "My Settings" populate the custom information for your sender variables.
After you have updated your personal information, you can now use these variables in email templates, In the example below. I have added the variable {{sender.first_name}} to populate my personal data however, you can also use your last name, phone number, title and even meeting URL! Make sure the follow the format of; {{sender.(along with the relevant field})}
