Step 1: From the Campaigns tab, click on Templates; 

Step 2: Open up a Template you're working on:

Step 3: Highlight the word(s) you want to hyperlink:

Step 4: Select the hyperlink button:

Step 5: Enter the website and then click "OK":

Step 6: Once your are finished with your hyperlink and rest of template, click "Save and Close":
