Step 1: Click on your initials located on the left corner of the screen, select " Settings and Billing":

Step 2: Click on "Mailbox" Scroll down and enter in the CRM email address provided by Salesforce:

Step 3: To find the CRM email address, go to your Salesforce account and choose "My Settings":

Step 4: Choose the "My Email to Salesforce" Option:

Step 5: Select the "Email to Salesforce Address" to copy into the PersistIQ BCC field:

Step 6: Make sure to update the acceptable email that you use on your PersistIQ account to email your leads and click "Save" once this is entered:
