Sometimes we may wish to change the order in which templates will be sent out. We can perform this task even after the campaign has already been launched. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Campaign” tab
  • Click on the Campaign you would like to modify
  • Scroll down to the step you would like to move up or down and click on the icon located left of the number to open the menu
  • Click on move up or move down to move the step
  • Continue for all the steps you would like to modify

You are done. Now all of the prospects who have not reached the following steps will be contacted in the right order.
