Understanding the difference between prospects contacted and new prospects contacted.

Under PersistIQ reports, you can see Prospects Contacted and New Prospects contacted. New Prospects are prospects which have not been contacted via PersistIQ before. For example, if a prospect is contacted in February, then followed up in March, this does NOT count as a new prospect. However, if a new prospect is created in March and then contacted for the first time, this qualifies as a new prospect. In this example, you can see that I have contacted 153 prospects however, 92 of the 153 prospects were New Prospects;
