If you wish to prevent communication with a prospect going forward, PersistIQ users can manually mark a prospect as opted-out. Here is how to do so; 

Simply select the prospect and select "Opted Out"

This will ensure that the prospect does not receive further communication going forward. If you wish to change this status, You can access the prospects table and unchecked the opt out status.
