How to setup Copper bi-directional sync
Click on your initials and click Integrations
Click "Configure" under Copper
Click "Connect" and type in your Copper sign-in email and Copper API key
Configure how the syncer behavior works by ticking the appropriate checkboxes -click "save changes"
Click Start Syncing
After that, please click each tab on the left panel to map PersistIQ fields to Copper

Activities Settings
Leads and People Fields and Status
NOTE: If settings are updated but the updates are not taking effect, please click the "Reload Copper Configuration" to force they systems to sync.
