How do I update image attachment links that aren't working?

When you are copying an image address from Dropbox, Box, or Docsend, the images sometimes end in ".png" and will show in an error when attached to a template. You can fix this by adding ?raw=1 to the end of the image address url.

Step 1: Open up a Google Chrome Incognito Window:

Step 2: Paste the image address you copied ending in ".png" into the url bar:

Step 3: After ".png" in the, type "?raw=1" and test this by pressing "Enter" or "Return on your keyboard to make sure the image appears in the incognito window:

Step 4: Once you've checked that the image is working again, go back to your template and add the image address in the URL line for your image, GIF, or video:

Step 5: Next, adjust the display settings of width and height:

Step 6: Click "Ok" once you've finished editing your image:
