Step 1: Click on your"Campaigns" in the upper left-side of your account:

Step 2: Click on the specific campaign you would like to add the new touchpoint into:

Step 3: Click on "Add a Step" at the bottom of all of your current touchpoints:

Step 4: Choose what type of touch, template, and any edits you want to make for the new touchpoint and then click "Save":
