Step 1: Click on "Campaigns" in the top left-hand side of your account or select the paper airplane:

Step 2: Go into the specific campaign you're working out of: 

Step 3: Go to the "Prospects" tab in the specific campaign and click on the prospect you want to remove:

Step 4: Click on the "Actions" button and choose "Remove from campaign":

Step 5: Next, go to your "Prospects" table in the upper left-hand side of your account:

Step 6: Find the prospect in your table by using our filter system on the left to search "Prospect Status and then "Bounced" leads:

Step 7: Change the leads "Bounced" variable by checking the box for "Bounced" on the table:

Step 8: Next, you can click on the status next to the lead and change them to what you'd like them to be in the campaign. You will re-import them in and then click "Save":

Step 9: Once finished updating the prospect, you can then click the "Add to Campaign" button to re-import the prospect back into the campaign with the new status:
