What happens to my campaigns when I switch an email address?

There are a few things to consider when switching your email address in your PersistIQ account:


  • Active campaigns will no longer be sent out

  • Reply detection will no longer work for your previous e-mail (If a prospect replies to the email you sent with your previous email address, the reply can't be detected because the email account is no longer synced with PersistIQ)

The good news is, you can always duplicate previous campaigns, please contact us to show you how.
