PersistIQ allows you to pause a prospect within a campaign. When paused, the prospect will not proceed to the next step in the campaign until you change the state from pause to active.
How to change the prospect state from active to pause:
Click on the “Campaigns” icon located on the top left and select the campaign;
2. Click on the “PROSPECTS” tab in the Campaign
3. Click on the “Campaign State” for the prospect to reveal a drop down menu, then ,click on "Pause"
That's it! The prospect is now paused and will not proceed in the campaign.
To make the Prospect active again, simply click on the campaign state again and select "Resume"
