A Prospect Status represents the current status of a specific prospect in your outreach/outbound. We've pre-loaded commonly used prospect statuses in your PersistIQ account as an example. You can definitely add new statuses or update current ones to reflect your outbound process.
To add/update a status:
Click on your initials in the lower left then click on Settings and Billing.
2. Click Company settings.
3. Click on Prospect Statuses.
4. Click on "Add New Status" button to add.
5. Click on the edit icon to update.
